A lot of the times now when you ask Canon a question, he responds by saying, "Two". He is very proud of turning two (maybe because we made such a big deal out of his birthday).
Here are some stats and info about Canon.
- 29 pounds (25th percentile) - 10/18
-33 inches (60th percentile) - 10/18
- Still wearing size 4 diapers
- Wearing almost all 2T clothing
-Wearing mostly size 7 shoes, with a few still size 6
- Still a fabulous eater (some favorites foods are - rice, yogurt, apples, bread. and spaghetti)
- Wants a bed time snack almost every night
- Still loves to sleep with his blue and green blanket, doggie, and Mr. E and whatever he might be attached to that day (lately it has been Minnie Mouse)
- Likes to watch the Wiggles, Berenstein Bears, Elmo, and Mickey Mouse
- Putting up to 3 words together when talking
- He can pretty much communicate anything and it is pretty clear
- Is a very polite little boy, saying please and thank you all day long (just clicked in the last 3 weeks)
- Has gone potty 4 times now in his potty chair
- Still loves to read, read, read
- Loves anything musical - loves to drum and play guitar
- Gets told not to drum his fork and spoon almost every meal time ;)
- He is a very compassionate child and loves babies
- Likes to help mommy around the house (laundry, put things in the trash, sweep, pick up, ect)
- Still loves baths especially bubble baths
- Says"Watch this" all day long
- Gives his preferences on who he wants to do what, "Mommy do it" or "Daddy do it"
- Not a big fan of sitting in stroller, car seat, or shopping cart - Hoping this is a short phase
- Sleeps 12 hours during the night
- Short napper - 45 minutes. Longer if being held or in mom and dad's bed.
- Very busy and social child
- Loves to laugh, give kisses, and hugs
