Six months ago we welcomed and said goodbye to our precious William Thomas. Six months ago our lives changed forever. Though Will was not "perfect" in his physical body, he was absolutely perfect to Jess and me and more than perfect to our Heavenly Father. I will never forget holding Will, feeling his one and only kick, kissing his cheeks, rubbing my hands over his head of black hair, and being more than thankful we had one hour with him!
There is not a day that goes by that we don't miss him or that we don't wish things were different. There is also not a day that goes by that we don't forget God's promises and His love for us. I have always known God loves his children, but I believe it more than ever in the last 6 months!
Today we are going to have a family day. We will buy a cake like we did for Canon's 6 month "birthday", take flowers to his grave, and go out to dinner.
Please continue to pray for us as we continue to grieve our baby boy!
