Pitter Patter
I love baby feet! Something about their sweet little toes and kissable feet just make me giddy! :) I am always tickling Canon's feet or kissing those chunky things!! I love hearing his pitter patter as he runs through the house. One of my favorite sounds!
When I think of Canon's feet I think of - standing him in the grass for the first time, dipping his feet in the ocean for the first time, him kicking in the air when we would pick him up, him finding his feet for the first time and how obsessed he was with them, his little giggle when we do "This Little Piggy", him walking for the first time, sweet little shoes, him splashing his feet in the tub, and the list goes on and on.
This is one of my favorite pictures these days! This is a picture of Will's perfect feet, toes, (and legs). I love looking at this picture. They are the sweetest most perfect feet and toes!
I wish we could have memories with Will that involved all the things I mentioned above. I obviously will not, but I do think about it often. It's one of those things that just hits me when Canon is running through the house. I wonder what it would have been like to hear 2 little boys pitter pattering around the house. I wonder what Will's reaction would have been to having his feet dipped in the ocean for the first time. Would he have liked it like Canon did or would he have cried?
I do know that I study Canon's features a little more lately. Today I was studying his hands when he was playing with his blocks (I just love the little dimples on his hands). I do know that I cherish the pitter patter more and doing "This Little Piggy" more.
