Happy 4th Birthday Canon John

Happy Birthday Canon!

 I can't believe Canon is four today. It has gone by so fast. 

I remember his birth date so well and have fond memories of that day. Jess and I had no idea what we were doing after we brought Canon home, but some how we figured it out and he is such a sweet sweet little boy. 

About Canon -

- He is about 38 lbs

- He loves his sister so much and is very protective of her.

- He loves to snack/eat all the time.

- He is one of the most compassionate little kids I know.

- He is still a very determined little boy and challenges us most days. :)

- Does not like to be alone or play alone.

- Loves to take baths and showers.

- He has pretty good manners most of the time.

- His favorite food are any type of fruit, goldfish, spaghetti, and raw carrots.

- Canon is a very brave child and doesn't give up when things are hard or scary, even though he is fearful of many things.

- He loves his friends and talks about them frequently. He is very social.

- He still loves to be snuggled before bed time.

- Still loves to be read to.

- Very intelligent and learns quickly.

- He loves to be outside.

- He is very witty and says funny stuff every day.

- Tells Jess and me that he loves us out of the blue almost every day. 

- Stopped sleeping with his blue blanket and doggie about a few months ago. About 2 weeks ago, he decided to take all of his stuffed animals out of his bed. This made this mommy sad. 

- He likes to be very orderly and wants things in it's place. 

I am head over heels over this sweet boy and he warms my heart. I am so proud of him in so many different ways. I love his energy and he keeps me on my toes at all times.
