We had a birthday party on September 14th for Harper.
Quite a few months ago I started thinking and planning for Harper's first birthday. I went back and forth on what theme I wanted to go with. What are one years old really into? Nothing. But, I knew I wanted it to be "clean" looking and girly. At first I was going to do a little bunny theme, but then decided to do a little birdie theme. I went with this from etsy. I loved it. You have to make everything, but it was fun to create and cut everything out. One of my friends helped me as well with her silhouette cameo (cutting machine). I had so much fun doing something girly.
We invited mostly family and then a few close friends. We wanted it to be on the smaller side. The weather was perfect and we (including Harper) had such a wonderful time. Of course Canon loves birthdays, so we was counting down the days until Harper's party and he had a blast as well.
