We had a great Halloween. It was very low key, but with a six week old, what can you expect.
I made sweet and sour meatballs in the crock pot all day, so we ate an early dinner before heading out. I feel like this year he knows what is going on when it comes to holidays, birthdays, etc., so it is fun to see his excitement. He was looking forward to dressing up and getting candy. We had him practice saying, "Trick or Treat." We headed to some friends' neighborhood since our neighborhood doesn't have sidewalks and has lots of steep hills. We were able to join up with those friends and tricker treat.
After doing a section of the neighborhood we headed home while everyone was still happy! ;)

Harper and daddy.
Getting his cowboy outfit on.
Canon did pretty well this year going up to the doors. Last year he was terrified. He was still a little anxious from time to time when he would see a costume he wasn't too sure about, but there were no tears or "freak out" moments.
Some friends from church.
Love making memories with our family!
