Update on Canon

I don't even know where to begin about this sweet first born of ours...
He is brave even when it is hard.
He is very athletic and has so much energy. He loves sports!
He is starting to be interested in crafty things like drawing and he's pretty good at it.
He still loves to be read to.
He likes to watch tv when he is allowed - Miles from Tomorrowland and Paw Patrol are a few of his favorite shows.
He continues to be so protective of Harper and is such a good brother to her and a huge help to me.
He continues to be very organized when it comes to his things and his room. I never have to ask him to clean his room.
He is very articulate and talks like an adult. It cracks us up with some of the words he uses.
He can eat like a teenage boy.
His prayers are the sweetest.
He continues his love for music. He can keep a beat better than most adults.
He is intelligent and picks things up very easily just like his dad.

He is just all boy and we love him so!

He cares for his mommy and my well being. Such a compassionate little boy.

He really loved the little snow we got this winter and playing with the neighborhood kids.

He likes helping me with things whether it's in the kitchen, with jobs around the house, or in this case his Valentines.

He continues to be such a daddy's boy. He loves and looks up to his daddy more than anyone!! I love their sweet relationship.

So proud to be holding his own candle during the Christmas Eve Service.

We got Christmas money from grandparents to go to Build a Bear. This kid loves stuffed animals. We have WAY too many, but he has a story for each of them. I was the same way when I was a kid.

Dress like an animal day at school. Mommy made a shark costume. I tried...

Easter

Our sweet soccer player. He had a great season. We had a great coach and Canon really enjoyed playing soccer.

Our preschool graduate. I can not believe he is old enough for kindergarten. Makes me sad, but proud of him all in one.

The rodeo we went to in May. My parents were in town, so they were able to join us.

We love seeing Canon grow and learn new things. He has matured a lot recently and has been much easier to parent than in the past. He has worked hard on many things. We are so proud of him!
