Before Harper's birth the doctors had prepared us that Harper may have to stay in the hospital a little longer due to her being four weeks early. Thankfully that was not the case and we give God all the glory. We were able to go home on Thursday just a few days after her birth!
We had a great stay and all the nurses were wonderful. It was so nice to have our family there. Jess stayed with me the first night and then my mom stayed with me the other two nights so Jess could put Canon to bed and be there when he woke up. The first night I probably got a total of an hour of sleep due to pain and people coming in and out of the room all night. The next two nights I slept much better. Canon came to the hospital every day except for the day we came home. He wanted to hold her and be next to her at all times.
Here is Harper on Tuesday.
The doctor that delivered Will came in on Tuesday. It was so good to see her. We thanked her for being so sweet to us during that time.
Canon is in awe.
Taking a walk in the halls.
Our sweet girl.
This picture cracks me up. They both seem like they are not too sure about each other.
Hugs for daddy.
So thankful my mom being there with me at the hospital.
Loving on my daughter.
Syringe feeding Harper. With her being early she wore out very easily eating, so syringe feeding to get more breast milk was needed.
So thankful for all the great care we had in the hospital!
