Out of the mouth of Canon

I have seen a few blog posts in the last year about asking your children certain questions every year on their birthday. It's not C's birthday, but I thought I would do it any way. Today as C and I sat down to lunch I thought I would have him answer my questions. I didn't think he would answer all of them, but he did and he was hamming it up in the process. I wrote down exactly what he said and didn't try to steer him in any direction. I hope to remember to do this every year on his birthday.

Canon is 2 1/2 year old
Weight: 31 lbs
  1. How old are you? 2
  2. What makes you happy? food
  3. What is your favorite animal? elephant
  4. What is your favorite thing to eat? pizza

  6. What is your favorite thing to do? play toys
  7. What is your favorite TV show? Chuggington

  18. What do you want to be when you grow up? play games
  19. What is your favorite fruit? oranges
  20. What is your favorite snack? goldfish
I think most of these are accurate, but of course I am not sure he understood every question.
Just for my record so I can remember, these are how I would answer some of these questions for him.

favorite thing to eat: spaghetti
favorite thing to do: playing musical instruments (mainly the drums and guitar) and riding the train at the zoo
what are you really good at: playing the drums, showing compassion, and making people laugh
favorite sport: he likes to play basketball at home and likes to watch football on TV with his dad
favorite fruit: hands down watermelon
what he wants to be when he grows up: he has said before he wants to be a drummer

I love his sweet personality and I can't wait to see the man he grows up to be!
